1. About these terms

This website is run by Adwait Birla Industry ABI Pvt Ltd ("ABI", "we", "us"), 24, 4th Cross, Avani, Sringeri Nagara, Hulimavu, Bengaluru 560076. By using it, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

2. What this website is for

This website gives information about ABI and its paints, primers, putty, distempers and enamel, and helps you contact us. Nothing can be bought, ordered or paid for on it. ABI products are sold through dealers, and prices and stock are set by them.

3. Product information and colours

• Product descriptions, pack sizes and features come from our catalogue and packs. We may change products, packs and specifications, so check the pack and its instructions before you buy and use a product.
• Colours on a screen are not exact. Pictures of packs, rooms and paint on this website show the look of a product, not an exact shade. Check the actual colour, for example on a shade card or a test patch, before painting.
• Results depend on the surface, its preparation, the weather and how the paint is applied. Always follow the instructions on the pack.

4. Warranties

Where this website mentions a warranty period, it is the period printed on that product's pack. The warranty itself is given by ABI on its own terms, together with the instructions for using the product. Nothing on this website adds to, extends or replaces those terms. To make a warranty claim, contact us using the details in section 12.

5. Enquiries and dealerships

Messages sent to us through this website, on WhatsApp or by email, are enquiries. They do not create an order, a contract or a dealership. A dealership exists only once ABI has agreed it with you in writing.

6. Using this website

You may use this website for your own information. Please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful or misleading;
• try to break into it, interfere with it or overload it;
• copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

7. Our names, logos and content

The ABI name and logo, the product names Birla Advance, Birla Prime and Aqua Advance, our pack designs, and the text and pictures on this website belong to ABI or to those who licensed them to us. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to our products honestly.

8. Other websites and services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and other services are there for your convenience. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is always complete, up to date or free of errors, or that it will always be online. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on this website instead of the product's pack, instructions or our direct advice.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about this website will be dealt with by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
